When you submit a project enquiry through our website, we collect your name, business name, role, email address, telephone number, existing domain, and project scope details. This information is stored securely in our Firebase Firestore CRM database.
3. Lawful Basis & Purpose
We process your personal information under the lawful basis of taking steps prior to entering into a commercial contract (Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR) and legitimate interest to prepare proposals and respond to business communications. If you tick the optional marketing box, processing is based on consent (Article 6(1)(a)).
4. Cross-Border Data Transfers
Because our technical engineering operations are based in South Africa, your project data is transferred and stored securely with Google Cloud / Firebase (ISO 27001, SOC 2 compliant infrastructure) and accessed by our engineering team in South Africa under strict standard contractual clauses.
5. Your Rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to request access to, rectification of, or erasure of your personal data, or to withdraw marketing consent at any time by emailing jcdelport@hammer360.co.uk.
