Contracting supplier
Supplier confirmation is pending. Before accepting or paying for a new service, obtain the quotation identifying the legal supplier, geographical address and contact details. A UK website does not establish a UK company.
Existing accepted quotations retain their own supplied version. A new contract requires its quotation, selected schedules, total price and complete terms before acceptance. No liability cap is selected; early start, marketing and portfolio permission are separate.

Information and purposes
Enquiry forms collect contact details, business/project information and messages. Accounts, quotations, invoices, customer contacts, uploaded files and audit events support service delivery, billing, access control and security. Event material is handled only within the agreed scope and access arrangements.
Use and lawful grounds
We process information needed for enquiries, contracts, billing, legal obligations and legitimate service/security administration. Consent is sought separately where required. Accepting a quotation does not subscribe you to marketing or give portfolio permission. Imported customer records are not evidence of marketing consent.
Providers and transfers
Public account and enquiry features are configured to use Google Firebase authentication, database and file storage. Website typography is served by this website. Sending an attachment through an independently operated email account also involves that account’s provider. Provider processing outside your country requires applicable safeguards; verified transfer arrangements for each commissioned service are not established by this draft notice. Do not submit sensitive material until those arrangements are confirmed with the contact on this page.
Retention and security
Enquiries are kept while responding and managing the relevant relationship. Financial and agreement records are retained for applicable accounting obligations, evidential needs and genuine disputes. Production media follows the agreed delivery and retention arrangements. Security logs support investigation; suppression records retain the information needed to honour opt-outs. Restricted backups may persist after removal from active use. Deletion and retention requests are reviewed through the contact on this page; this notice does not claim an automatic deletion engine, indefinite media storage or guaranteed recovery.

Use the public contact shown on this page (no agreement or account is required) to request access, correction, objection or deletion, or withdraw consent where processing depends on consent. Reasonable identity checks may be required. South African complaints may be directed to the Information Regulator; UK complaints may be directed to the ICO at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
